Common Q&A
Q: What if I can't meet the 30 hours Active Term requirement?
A: A few things will happen, but it's not the end of the world. This would mainly impact your eligibility to run for higher office, attend specific events, and receiving the Senior cord for graduation. (Note: You will not be kick out for not having an active status (yay). You can always recover by doing more volunteering next terms.)
Q: Will I still be eligible for a Senior Cord if I do not have an active term?
A: On average, 60 hours (2 active terms) and a few other factors are required for receiving an senior cord. You will have all four years of High school to complete this. Once you are a senior, you may have the eligibility to request for hour transfers. (Note: Please email us for transfer request or if you would like to know what the "other factors" are.)
